Key Responsibilities

•Work autonomously with expert knowledge in the control mechanism development domain and influence PCAS strategies beyond assigned program work.
•Engage in hands-on hardware activities including engineering builds, hardware integration, hardware tuning, and hardware verification.
•Leverage a strong technical learning environment with access to engineering fellows to accelerate growth and development.
•Support may include detailed mechanical design, earned value management, test design and execution, and systems engineering as program needs fluctuate.
•Adapt responsibilities based on current organizational needs and skill sets to support multiple programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,400 - 251,600

•Typically requires a STEM degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 7 years of experience
