Senior-level software engineer leading end-to-end development for autonomous maritime systems, directing multi-team roadmaps, architecture decisions, and multi-disciplinary collaboration across hardware, software, and operations. •Lead and collaborate with internal and external teams to architect and deliver capabilities beyond current platforms.
•Drive architecture selection and design for robotic systems, including hardware, compute, storage, and network considerations.
•Contribute to a company-wide roadmap for software inputs to autonomous systems and shepherd development across lifecycle stages.
•Lead teams of multi-disciplinary engineers and mentor Senior Software Engineers from diverse backgrounds.

•Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, a relevant field, or equivalent experience
•Experience in a leadership position within a high performing technology organization
•Extensive professional experience working as a Software Engineer with one or more domains and/or technologies of expertise
•Systems and/or application programming skills including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, scaling, testing, infrastructure, software design and system design
•Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems
