Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by monitoring progress, enforcing quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve conflicts.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment to support project requirements.
  • •Monitor project costs and expenditures, enforce HSE protocols through safety inspections, and maintain accurate site documentation including as-built drawings.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, methods, and materials for building projects.
  • •Proficiency using construction tools, equipment, and software such as AutoCAD, project management software, and surveying instruments.
  • •Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations (OSHA standards) and ability to conduct risk assessments on-site.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
