Key Responsibilities

  • •In this role, you will program and operate Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMMs) and other advanced metrology equipment to perform dimensional inspections of aerospace components.
  • •You will verify that all measurements meet drawing requirements, GD&T specifications, and AS9100 quality standards.
  • •You will provide end-to-end metrology support, from new product introduction through routine inspections and root cause investigations, playing a key role in the development and delivery of cutting-edge aircraft systems.
  • •This is an opportunity to work hands-on with next-generation technology and contribute directly to the safety, performance, and reliability of aircraft shaping the future of aviation.
  • •Collaborate across teams to ensure metrology data informs manufacturing improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a CMM programmer, Quality Engineering Technician, or similar role within a machine shop or manufacturing environment
  • •Experience with Hexagon PC-DMIS, or Polyworks software
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and quality control systems
  • •Proficient in using a variety of precision measuring hand tools (micrometers, calibers, pin gages etc)
  • •Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100)
