Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver lifecycle service and support activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and service profitability.
  • •Install, configure, commission, upgrade, migrate, and modify Honeywell Experion PKS, TPS/TDC300, and related control and safety systems.
  • •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, networking, and application issues; escalate where required for rapid resolution.
  • •Maintain strong customer relationships and identify service improvements and business growth opportunities while supporting sales initiatives.
  • •Ensure safe, high-quality service delivery while following Honeywell standards, customer requirements, and internal reporting/documentation processes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of field service engineering experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
  • •Experience with Honeywell Experion PKS and TPS/TDC300, plus networking and related control systems.
  • •Degree, apprenticeship qualification, or equivalent experience in Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong technical troubleshooting, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
