  • •Secure win-win renewal outcomes, navigate contract negotiations, and manage complex commercial escalations.
  • •Uncover white-space opportunities across PE firms’ portfolios to drive cross-sells and upsells toward Carta’s ERP vision.
  • •Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, collaborating with R&D and Customer Support to resolve problems and reduce churn risk.

Key Requirements
