Key Responsibilities

•Define, develop and implement the store operational plan to exceed sales objectives
•Establish sales budgets and targets, cascade to the team and ensure targets are met
•Lead and manage the daily store operational activities to deliver high standards of customer service and maximize sales and profitability
•Ensure proper storage, tracking and control of inventory and merchandising/replenishment
•Develop and maintain relationships with customers and back office to ensure smooth operations

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
•At least 5 years of relevant experience
•Experience leading and coaching teams to achieve targets
•Strong store operations and sales planning skills
•Knowledge of inventory management and planogram implementation
