Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and architect scalable, performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large projects leveraging MongoDB.
  • •Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB, articulating business value to stakeholders.
  • •Partner with sales on account success through account planning, opportunity qualification, pipeline generation, and technical discovery through documentation.
  • •Proactively generate demand via technical initiatives and participation in events and account-based marketing activities.
  • •Foster customer relationships, build champions, mentor other Solutions Consulting members, and improve solutions based on field feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •8 to 11 years of related experience in a customer-facing role, with 5 to 7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software.
  • •Minimum 3 years of professional experience with modern scripting/programming languages such as Python, Node.js, SQL, C/C++, Java, or C#.
  • •Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems for both cloud and on-prem environments.
  • •Ability to review complex customer application architecture and provide guidance to improve it using technology.
  • •Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical and business concepts clearly.
