Job Summary

Support regional and local teams in driving Fine Fragrance marketing initiatives across SEA. Conduct trend research to spot emerging market opportunities, monitor local launches, and help manage the regional brand portfolio with SWOT analysis and case studies. Assist with marketing projects across Fine Fragrance, Premium Home, and Personal Care, create regional initiatives with the FFE Asia Marketing team, and track client social content to help produce marketing materials and coordinate events.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct trend research across SEA to identify emerging trends such as rising brands, pop-ups, and social media trends.
•Monitor local launches and manage/update the regional brand portfolio, including brand & SWOT analysis and case studies.
•Support marketing projects across Fine Fragrance, Premium Home, and Personal Care, including creative concept development and client submissions.
•Create regional initiatives in collaboration with the FFE Asia Marketing team.
•Track social media content from key clients, assist in producing marketing materials, and provide administrative support including coordinating marketing events.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or higher in Business or Marketing.
•Proficient in English (written and spoken), with additional SEA language knowledge as a plus.
•Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•Familiarity with marketing tools and applications (e.g., EuroMonitor, WGSN) and digital proficiency (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, etc.).
