Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in facilities operations, workplace safety, and vendor management in multi-site or multinational environments.
  • •Hold a BOSH certification and have relevant experience as a Safety Officer 3 (SO3), including ability to serve as DENR Pollution Control Officer and Managing Head for Facilities and Safety.
  • •Have led construction or fit-out projects, ideally as the core representative, from brief through handover.
  • •Be able to identify problems early and implement fixes with a strong operational mindset.
  • •Comfortably present operational details to global stakeholders and translate global standards into local APAC contexts.
