Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous, fast-moving Recruiter to screen large volumes of candidates, conduct structured interviews, and maintain a smooth, professional candidate experience. You will collaborate with the CEO and hiring managers to build strong shortlists, manage pipelines in BambooHR, and deliver high-quality candidates quickly while upholding the company brand. This is a fully remote role within ±4 hours GST and requires strong English communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Screen around 400–500 CVs and run 15–20 structured video calls per week, delivering 5–8 strong shortlisted candidates per role within 2–3 weeks.
•Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and hiring managers; keep BambooHR notes up-to-date and share daily summaries of activity.
•Collaborate with the CEO and hiring managers to build strong shortlists and maintain clean pipelines.
•Ensure a professional candidate experience and uphold Hello Chef’s brand values in all interactions.
•Keep candidate statuses and notes accurate and up-to-date, responding usually within 24 hours.
