Job Summary

Lead the delivery of Image Guided Therapy (IGT) clinical education to Philips customers across your assigned geography. Provide onsite, basic through intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics, help customers navigate workarounds and clinical integration, and ensure site readiness with local teams. Own the learning experience through customer consultation, deliver clear project status communication, and build deep modality-specific solution knowledge while traveling frequently throughout the North East.

•Deliver engaging onsite clinical services solutions, education, and training, guiding customers through workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality.
•Ensure site readiness through collaboration with local sales, service, and customer project management teams.
•Lead and own the learning experience via customer consultation and internal stakeholder collaboration; provide excellent customer communication and experience.
•Provide continuous communication on project status, including issues and delays, and encourage collaboration within the learning audience.
•Develop complete knowledge of relevant solutions per modality and resolve a diverse scope of problems using good judgment.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical environment.
•Active/verified ARRT certification and advanced certification in at least one: CV, CI, VI, or RCIS (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
•Have a certificate or associate degree (bachelor’s preferred).
•Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills for customer training.
•Ability to work in office/home office/remote and hospital/healthcare environments and meet physical/cognitive/environmental requirements.
