Job Summary

Lead the design and global implementation of scalable HR technology to improve operational excellence and employee experience. Own the HR technology roadmap, manage HR technology and continuous improvement projects, and partner with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and IT to translate business needs into solutions. Build and inspire an HRIS team, apply emerging AI tools, and demonstrate deep expertise in Workday while overseeing initiatives such as requirements, UAT, and deployment.

•Lead the continual design and implementation of a scalable, global HR technology ecosystem supporting operational excellence and employee experience.
•Provide strategic input into the HR technology roadmap and execution plans in partnership with Employee Experience leads and stakeholders.
•Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of HRIS analysts and HR technology professionals.
•Drive enhancements of HR processes to support scalability, automation, and continuous improvement across the function.
•Manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of HR technology and continuous improvement projects, partnering closely with IT and cross-functional teams.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 198,000 annually

•6-8+ years of progressive HR technology experience with a strong leadership track record.
•Deep understanding of global HR systems, processes, and data governance.
•Strategic mindset to develop global programs, frameworks, and process improvements.
•Proven experience managing end-to-end HR technology projects, including requirements gathering, UAT, and deployment.
•Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop HR technology professionals; strong communication skills across stakeholders.
