Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the transaction process end-to-end, including structuring, underwriting decisions, asset selection and pricing, cash flow modeling, approvals, coordination, and due diligence.
  • •Negotiate price, terms, and conditions of transactions and oversee preparation of offering documents.
  • •Develop and evaluate enterprise capital and funding strategies using capital markets analysis, industry trends, capital efficiency opportunities, and alternative funding structures.
  • •Prepare and communicate analyses, recommendations, and transaction updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • •Serve as a primary point of contact for specific transaction types (e.g., auto loan securitization, credit card securitization, catastrophe reinsurance, debt issuance) and resolve transaction obstacles.

Key Requirements
