Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operation of the Purchase Ledger for overhead costs, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • •Process overhead invoices (PO, Non-PO, and expenses) in a high-volume environment within SLA, resolving discrepancies with internal departments.
  • •Manage supplier queries and urgent or time-critical payments with appropriate controls in place.
  • •Perform month-end reconciliation and financial analysis for all overhead costs, including Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
  • •Support operational oversight with reporting and KPI tracking, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •AAT, CIMA, ACCA qualified (or similar).
  • •Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume environment.
  • •Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and IF formulas.
  • •High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • •Excellent communication skills and relationship-building across the business; self-starter with a solution-focused mindset.
