Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize planned preventative maintenance (PM) programs and condition-based inspection schedules for CNC machines and ancillary production equipment.
•Perform hands-on PM tasks, routine inspections, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment remains production-ready.
•Conduct advanced diagnosis of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults; lead complex troubleshooting, disassembly, rebuild, modification, and testing to restore equipment to production-ready condition.
•Install, align, calibrate, commission, and upgrade new or modified equipment; validate performance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
•Lead root cause investigations for recurring or high-impact failures; define, implement, and verify corrective and preventative actions and document findings to prevent recurrence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Multi-skilled experience with a strong electrical bias and advanced fault-finding capability across mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
•10+ years of experience with mechanical overhaul of precision equipment.
•10+ years of experience rebuilding/replacing precision spindles in CNC equipment.
•10+ years of experience troubleshooting robotics and 5-axis CNC machines.
•10+ years of experience with precision alignment.
