•Organize gap analysis loops and guide the business to standard functions, leading the decision process by business value.
•Manage product backlog for topics where standard solutions are insufficient and oversee related IT project activities.
•Collaborate within ERP CoE Spares & Services to build and deploy IT solutions for SAP-based processes.
