Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver world-class hospitality interior design solutions across multiple small, medium, and large projects and geographies.
  • •Lead projects and the creative process from concept through delivery, including design narrative, design presentations, test fits, spatial planning, and 3D models.
  • •Review drawing packages, finishes, and FF&E specifications, coordinating technical requirements and liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • •Take accountability for creative and commercial delivery, managing programmes, budgets, contractual scope, resourcing, and reporting progress and key issues.
  • •Lead and mentor junior team members, support resource planning and workflows across concurrent projects, and proactively engage with clients to maximize repeat work and develop new business.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional experience in interior design or interior architecture, with significant hospitality and F&B experience.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in interior design, interior architecture, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional qualification).
  • •Demonstrated experience working through RIBA stages 1–6 with a strong portfolio across restaurants, food halls, and bars.
  • •Strong creative leadership, including mentoring and managing design teams and taking projects from concept/storytelling through delivery.
  • •The right to work in the UK, with excellent client-facing presentation and communication skills.
