Job Summary

Own day-to-day operations and optimization for client accounts across European Amazon marketplaces. You’ll maintain marketplace fundamentals (catalogue, content, availability, and account hygiene), resolve listing and account health issues, and drive profitable growth through Sponsored Ads and retail media execution. Using Vendor Central/Seller Central, Amazon Ads console, and Pacvue automation, you’ll translate strategy into weekly actions, manage campaigns against efficiency targets, and deliver client-ready reporting and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

•Run and optimize client marketplace accounts across EU Amazon marketplaces, maintaining catalogue, content, availability, and account hygiene.
•Diagnose and fix suppressed/inactive/stranded listings using feed/flat file and compliance information, prioritised by revenue at risk.
•Manage Sponsored Products/Brands/Display campaigns to meet ACoS/TACoS and revenue targets per account, including budget and pacing stewardship.
•Use Pacvue to automate bid rules, dayparting, and budget pacing; override with manual judgement when needed.
•Produce weekly performance reporting, detect anomalies, and serve as first escalation point for complex operational issues with documented resolution.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience in digital commerce and marketplace operations, including meaningful time in Amazon EU accounts.
•Practitioner-level command of Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, including flat files, case management, catalogue troubleshooting, and account health; for Vendor, PO and chargeback processes.
•Proven Amazon Advertising capability across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display (DSP exposure is an advantage).
•Experience with campaign automation and bid management platforms such as Pacvue (or equivalent).
•Strong analytical rigour and clear written communication in English for reporting, escalations, and client-ready updates.
