Job Summary

Work in Fortinet’s Burnaby R&D team to support the full product development cycle for FortiOS and FortiSASE, combining QA and user experience. Translate requirements into mockups and technical prototypes with UX research, partner with developers to validate feasibility-driven design changes, and identify, document, and track defects and feature requests from user feedback and usability testing. Maintain testing environments and stay current on Fortinet and competitor products.

•Identify, document, and track software defects and feature requests from user feedback and usability testing.
•Maintain team systems and artifacts (including VMs, product environments, and design components), and provide training/mentorship as needed.

Key Requirements
