Build and evolve WorkOS Feature Flags by designing delightful developer and end-user experiences across APIs and UI. •Design and engineer delightful developer and end-user experiences for Feature Flags.
•Build a deep understanding of Feature Flags’ market position and increase adoption.
•Accrete developer trust by serving a highly available and secure product.
•Speak with customers to gather feedback, debug issues, and remove points of friction.
•Collaborate with product teams, solutions engineering, and go-to-market; work with leadership on greenfield ideas and help recruit future team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 275,000 annually

•Bonus experience with feature flags platforms, plus TypeScript, React, and Postgres (and/or B2B SaaS or developer tools).
