Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up offices (computers, monitors, supplies) and train newly hired Wealth teammates on Truist systems.
  • •Prepare client onboarding packages, open accounts, process paperwork, and complete account follow-up.
  • •Order supplies and create advisor onboarding guides and marketing mailings; coordinate back-office liaison support for onsite advisor onboarding.
  • •Provide remote onboarding support and troubleshooting, including coordination with other firms when needed.
  • •Deliver onsite transition support (2–4 weeks at a time, including nights/weekends), run 30/60/90-day check-ins, and develop/execute training materials and ad hoc trainings; provide offboarding support.

  • •Five years of broker/dealer or financial services industry experience, with strong understanding of retail brokerage products, services, operations, and systems.
