Key Responsibilities

  • •Own risk business partnership with the Data Privacy Office, extending to other Visa organizations, driving alignment and business outcomes.
  • •Lead ERM program execution for the Data Privacy Office, including full RCSA and control testing as Second Line of Defense.
  • •Partner with process owners to identify risks and challenge the design and operating effectiveness of controls across privacy and related functions.
  • •Serve as a trusted risk advisor and first point of contact for consistent guidance on risk matters, reporting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • •Develop aggregate risk reporting, lead risk deep dives, and evolve ERM frameworks, system execution requirements, and reporting across the enterprise.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant risk experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree; or 2 years with a PhD).
  • •Experience evaluating and managing enterprise and operational risk in a regulated environment, preferably financial services.
  • •Deep, hands-on knowledge of data privacy requirements and operations across multiple privacy jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to execute RCSA processes and control testing, and to assess risk appetite, risk assessment/scoring, mitigation/acceptance, and control testing.
  • •Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with experience using IBM OpenPages.
