•Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers with a focus on craft, rigor, and execution.
•Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Brand to deliver high-quality product experiences and cohesive strategy across the product lifecycle.
•Balance platform leverage with differentiated, community-first experiences for individual brands.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 154,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of product management experience building and scaling high-volume consumer mobile products
•2+ years of experience directly managing and developing product managers
•Experience leading subscription-based or monetized consumer products
•Strong track record of driving measurable growth in user engagement, retention, and revenue
•Highly data-driven with experience using analytics and experimentation to guide decisions
