•Manage a high volume of pending claims (approx. 450–500 cases/month).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any field.
•2–3 years of experience in insurance, hospital, or related service industry.
•Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
•Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
•Ability to manage a high volume of claims and coordinate with hospitals and customers.
