Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients as part of a project team for the successful delivery of complex building construction projects.
  • •Manage projects and programs of different size and complexity, including organization, objectives, steering, schedules, and progress documentation.
  • •Ensure structured project stakeholder management and act as a reliable point of contact for clients and external parties.
  • •Represent the client’s requirements regarding design, specifications, and project goals to support successful implementation.
  • •Support and/or lead processes around building completion, commissioning, and handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed a technical degree in civil engineering, business engineering, architecture or a related field.
  • •Several years of experience in project management or project controls for building construction projects (Hochbau).
  • •Ability to think entrepreneurially and analytically, with quick comprehension and structured, interconnected thinking.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, with experience working in multicultural teams.
  • •Ideally, experience with large and complex projects in the industrial sector, plus a balanced mix of decisiveness and empathy.
