Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead best-practice approaches and execution of proposals, tenders and bid responses for Malaysia.
  • •Review procurement documentation, run bid go/no-go discussions, and formulate delivery plans for compelling offers.
  • •Act as bid manager by mobilising internal stakeholders, setting timelines, and overseeing execution against the plan.
  • •Facilitate win themes and content development to ensure high-quality answers, collaborating with Directors and functional teams to produce submissions.
  • •Ensure compliance with Turner & Townsend “bid to win” governance, meet deadlines, submit bids correctly, and support bid conversion activities such as competitor research and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in bid management and writing successful bid submissions.
  • •A relevant degree in Business, Marketing, English or engineering.
  • •Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word.
  • •Proofreading with strong attention to accuracy and detail, including adherence to word/page limits.
  • •Ability to organize priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
