Job Summary

Drive quality improvements within the EUV Factory by investigating shopfloor disturbances and handling Material Notifications. Perform initial investigations (including in the Clean Room with stakeholders), validate containment actions, coordinate Root Cause Analyses, and ensure preventive measures are implemented at suppliers or internally. Prioritize and route issues to the right solving parties, using strong interpersonal skills to influence cross-departmental stakeholders and reduce lead times and time to market.

Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Process Material Notifications (MN’s) administratively after shopfloor disturbances.
•Perform initial disturbance investigations to assign the correct Source of Cause.
•Validate containment actions and initiate/validate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with vendors when applicable.
•Coordinate with ASML and/or vendor organizations to drive and validate preventive measures.
•Investigate on the production floor in the Clean Room (Gemba’s) and prioritize disturbances for follow-up with the right solving parties.

Key Requirements

•Master or Bachelor level in quality management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automotive or Aviation Engineering, or related area.
•Training and certification on quality principles, plus minimum 2-3 years active experience in production and/or suppliers’ Quality Assurance.
•Lean-Six Sigma knowledge and experience is a strong plus.
•Theoretical quality knowledge combined with practical, hands-on investigation mindset.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
