Job Summary

Support the Company HSE Manager/Project HSE Manager to implement the HSE management system. Assist with planning, implementing, evaluating, and analyzing site HSE activities to meet targets. Help ensure compliance with the Project Health and Safety Management Plan and HSE management programme, coordinate training and meetings, guide supervisors on accident prevention, and monitor hazards, unsafe conditions, corrective actions, and incident reporting aligned with company policies and IMS requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in implementation and compliance with the Project Health and Safety Management Plan (PHSP) and Project HSE Management Programme.
•Arrange, conduct, and participate in HSE training sessions, HSE committee, and coordination meetings.
•Advise supervisory staff on accident prevention and improvements to work methods.
•Assist in leading and supervising HSE officers onsite and monitor execution of HSE activities to meet project HSE requirements.
•Ensure hazards and unsafe conditions are identified daily, raise observation reports, record corrective measures, address/report violations, and support incident reporting/resolution aligned with company policies and IMS requirements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience.
•Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, procedures, and instructions.
•Strong knowledge of integrated management system requirements and environmental regulations (air, wastewater, hazardous waste).
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Level 6 Diploma in OHS, plus a Diploma in NEBOSH or related technical certificates.
