Source and screen a high volume of candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial interviews, coordinate tests when needed, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Support offer documentation, salary negotiation, and onboarding, while maintaining timely candidate communication. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports, and keep candidate data updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
