Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure material availability at the point of use by kitting all parts per the Bill of Material and staging prior to assembly.
  • •Pull BOM packets, sort drawings and information, and gather panel build steel and electrical BOM components for work centers.
  • •Cut and place dinrail, retrieve and place device labels and wire markers, and stage/transfer wires and panel components for wire stations.
  • •Assign and prioritize panel build units by schedule and stage panels for inspection on the inspection conveyor/tower.
  • •Track parts shortages, complete shortage sheets, coordinate with fabrication and supply chain teams, and perform tool crib runs or tool requests as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited institution.
  • •Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift certification.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered (Active-Duty Military exempt).
  • •Two years of direct manufacturing experience (or equivalent).
  • •Associates Degree in a related field (preferred), plus working knowledge of the LVA Panel Build and Wire area.
