Key Responsibilities

  • •Own unit economics models for every product line, setting financial targets and partnering to turn goals into outcomes.
  • •Drive pricing and monetization strategy across Ramp’s portfolio, including structured custom deals with Sales.
  • •Lead FP&A work including Ramp’s consolidated financial model, analysis of business drivers from revenue through cash flow, and executive-level reporting for Board and leadership.
  • •Own headcount planning and non-payroll budgeting, partnering with People and GTM leadership plus Engineering, Procurement Ops, and executives on capacity, hiring, cost strategy, and vendor negotiations.
  • •Build and oversee FP&A internal systems and tooling roadmaps supporting finance infrastructure used by FP&A and the broader finance org.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, strategic finance, FP&A, or a related finance function, including experience at a high-growth technology company.
  • •Excellent financial modeling and quantitative/data analysis skills.
  • •Strong attention to detail and a high regard for precision.
  • •Ability to independently dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive them to completion with autonomy.
