Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise the smooth running of all TG accommodations portfolio, including daily accommodation operations.
  • •Ensure Health, Safety, Hygiene, Welfare, and security of TG employee accommodation properties and resolve issues as they arise.
  • •Plan and deliver mobilization/demobilization within budget, often out of hours.
  • •Oversee special events and accommodation supporting projects from start to completion.
  • •Provide training and guidance to managers and lead supervisors, and collaborate on daily running, compliance, and process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Up to 10 years in the industry or experience managing a large group of employees.
  • •Occupational Health and Safety certificate.
  • •Experience providing training on policies and processes.
  • •Ability to ensure mobilization/demobilization plan and budget adherence, including out-of-hours allocations.
  • •Experience supporting special events and accommodation supporting projects from start to completion.
