Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform packaging, sorting, and cleaning work according to the required operating procedures, keeping containers/workstations clear to prevent mix-ups.
  • •Follow safety operating procedures during work and operate equipment strictly per SOP.
  • •Carry out outsourced heat-treatment/cleaning work based on material planner plans, and weigh according to weighing procedures before packaging to ensure accuracy.
  • •Print and apply correct internal/external labels based on flow sheets; meet product quality standards for sealing, date, appearance, and weight.
  • •Adjust machines during production, handle nonconforming items, execute planned changeovers, perform daily 5S cleaning, complete production reports/records, and conduct equipment checks and maintenance supervision.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical School or above education.
  • •Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to team work.
  • •Preferred knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO9001, QC080000, and HSF.
  • •Ability to follow safety operating procedures and standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • •Familiarity with production operations including weighing, labeling, packaging/sorting/cleaning, and maintaining quality standards.
