Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate and annotate large volumes of Bahasa Indonesia text and audio data for linguistic quality, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness.
•Identify and categorize grammatical errors, syntactic issues, semantic inconsistencies, transcription errors, and non-native phrasing.
•Ensure the linguistic data adheres to project-specific guidelines and high-quality standards.
•Document and report linguistic issues and trends with clear, constructive feedback to improve language model performance.
•Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and continuous improvement of annotation processes.

Key Requirements

•Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker with residency in Indonesia
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
•Strong attention to detail and linguistic quality
•Experience or background in linguistics, Indonesian language and literature, translation, or related field (preferred)
•Ability to annotate and evaluate large volumes of text and audio data according to project guidelines
