Executive Search Senior Associates drive the full recruitment lifecycle for financial services clients, from defining search strategy and market mapping to interviewing, candidate assessments, and presenting top fits to clients. Key Responsibilities

•Developing position specifications and creating an effective search strategy with the Consultant.
•Conducting industry-specific and client company research, mapping the executive talent landscape to bring market insights to the Consultant/Client.
•Assisting Consultants in preparing business development materials to present to prospective and current clients.
•Contacting prospective candidates to elicit interest, obtain referrals, and collect market intelligence.
•Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit, writing assessments, and presenting candidates to clients.
•Managing candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle and contributing to client relationship management with the Consultant.
•Partnering across stakeholders to develop productive relationships, fostering collaboration and acting as a culture carrier.
•Maintaining accuracy and quality of all search information, managing multiple projects, and delivering high-quality outputs on time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience
•Undergraduate BA/BS degree is required
•Strong professional communications skills with writing, articulation, and impact
•Proven ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates and foster productive partnerships
•Preferred: full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search, or in-house talent acquisition; ability to manage multiple projects and work across teams
