Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, support, and implement strategies to strengthen PSM compliance across applicable locations.
  • •Monitor regulatory changes and determine applicability of current and pending PSM rules related to ammonia refrigeration systems.
  • •Partner with plant personnel to manage PSM execution and ensure compliance.
  • •Serve as primary coordinator and interface for third-party PSM auditors to ensure smooth audits and accurate reporting.
  • •Lead incident root cause analysis and implement preventive/corrective actions after upsets or ammonia releases, including contractor readiness and training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field, plus 8+ years of PSM management responsibilities in a manufacturing environment; or an equivalent education/experience combination.
  • •2+ years of demonstrated experience managing/developing a team or leading projects.
  • •Previous anhydrous ammonia refrigeration experience.
  • •Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations with emphasis on PSM.
  • •Extensive knowledge of Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) methodologies (e.g., HAZOP, What If), and ability to communicate effectively across the organization.
