Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement complex agentic subsystems, including tool/capability composition, agent orchestration, context retention, and retrieval (RAG).
  • •Own subsystems end-to-end: clarify requirements, design, implement, evaluate, deploy, and support in production.
  • •Build and own AI behavior evaluation for quality, safety, latency, and cost; use results to drive improvements.
  • •Embed trust in agentic workflows with human-in-the-loop review gates, traceability, reversibility, and confidence signaling.
  • •Lead production issue root-cause analysis and improve quality through code review, automated testing, and CI/CD; partner with Product/UX/QA and mentor engineers.

Key Requirements
