Key Responsibilities

  • •Check delivery routes for the day and efficiently prepare orders for customers.
  • •Load and prepare your van for deliveries while ensuring orders can be delivered directly to customers.
  • •Complete vehicle safety checks and maintain road compliance and health and safety.
  • •Provide great customer service as a Waitrose brand ambassador while on the road.
  • •Support the shop team with daily tasks such as stock replenishment and housekeeping when not out on deliveries.

Key Requirements

  • •Full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6-points.
  • •Great customer service skills with the ability to help customers and build rapport.
  • •Time management skills and the ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
  • •Comfortable with physical requirements including lifting crates and moving cages.
  • •IT literate.
