Visual Lead - West Edmonton Mall

Lead visual merchandising to drive store sales and maximize profitability by partnering with the Visual Manager and Operations teams. Manage key operational execution (shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management) while ensuring product presentation through recovery, restock, and destock. Plan and execute visual floor changes, track reporting and metrics, and co-manage budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relationships. Lead associates through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
