Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage incoming dealer orders and FOC updates with accuracy and policy adherence using EDI and the S.P.A.C.E portal.
  • •Maintain and process employee purchase program orders, including confirmations, return requests, and issue follow-up.
  • •Validate and adjust open customer orders for current product, pricing, and availability information.
  • •Complete inter-warehouse stock transfer order management accurately, processing exceptions as required.
  • •Support escalated order-related issues with third-party BOC partners and create/maintain standard operating procedures and partner training workflows.
