Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide general maintenance services to a designated area and property portfolio.
  • •Report, manage, and close faults using the AORA IT system and ensure properties remain compliant when tasks are completed.
  • •Follow health and safety requirements and work in line with risk assessments and method statements.
  • •Repair or replace Serco-supplied furniture as needed and perform garden maintenance for properties within remit.
  • •Purchase approved materials/PPE, obtain supervisor approval for tools, keep receipts, dispose of waste in approved areas, and complete scheduled KPI/planned maintenance work on time.
