Key Responsibilities

  • •Hands-on control of accounts payable operations, including customer rebate/incentive review, vendor master management, and ICP payable reconciliation and settlement.
  • •Control and supervision of accounts receivable operations, including monthly AR and advance reviews with Sales, ICP receivable reconciliation (including MUTOR recharges and reporting), and collections.
  • •Supervise direct Cash-In/Cash-Out (CICO) forecasting with rolling 3-month cash targets, including HQ loan plans and delivery monitoring.
  • •Hands-on control of asset management (inventory reconciliation, fixed assets recognition/depreciation/write-off) and corporate reporting in Polaris.
  • •Oversee direct and indirect tax calculation, EY validation, compliance with tax regulations, and tax filings/communications with tax authorities; collaborate with internal auditors and manage outsourced resources.
