Job Summary

Own service delivery for a defined portfolio of commercial clients in a fast-paced insurance environment. Partner with client managers and support teams to ensure accurate, timely completion of tasks, handle processing such as renewals and endorsements, and respond to day-to-day client queries. Manage a smaller book of own clients, contribute in branch and sales meetings, and help drive improvements by adopting new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support service delivery for a key portfolio of commercial clients and contribute to long-term growth ambitions.
•Provide proactive support to client manager/team leads on an existing book of clients.
•Handle processing duties including renewals, endorsements, certificates of currencies, and invoicing.
•Respond to day-to-day client queries and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•Manage a smaller book of own clients and contribute to monthly branch and sales meetings, while supporting adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a similar role or within the insurance industry.
•Strong client relationship management capabilities.
•First-class communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to pay close attention to detail and quality while working under pressure.
•Tier 1 qualification and basic insurance technical skills, plus a bachelor’s degree and/or relevant working experience.
