Senior Officer, Properties & Leasing (UAE National)

Support the FMA manager in overseeing outsourced support services to maintain safe, pleasant premises across the bank. Coordinate with central bank officials, police authorities, and security consultants to implement and ensure security systems across existing and new branches. Serve as the main contact for trade license requirements, liaise with licensing authorities for new/renewal licenses, and coordinate permits and annual subscriptions for head office and branches.
