Key Responsibilities

•Own the full fiat infrastructure domain across control plane, execution plane, and network layer, defining reusable interfaces for product teams.
•Maintain operational standards for corridor health, prefunding visibility, and proactive detection of issues before customers feel them.
•Build the engineering organization as an AI-native operation using agentic development practices while maintaining correctness for financial infrastructure.
•Expand Ripple’s fiat network by structuring banking partnerships, deploying licensing into new markets, and evaluating acquisitions to accelerate corridor or network coverage.
•Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and BizDev to influence global licensing strategies, navigate regulatory frameworks, and secure critical banking partnerships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 325,000 - 375,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Deep experience operating fiat payment infrastructure across multiple corridors and jurisdictions.
•Strong understanding of payment rail mechanics (ACH, SWIFT, Faster Payments, SEPA and regional equivalents) including settlement timing and corridor operations.
•Proven experience building unified shared core infrastructure platforms used across multiple internal engineering teams.
•Operator mindset staying close to production to diagnose system-level constraints and balance rigor with platform evolution.
•Credible leadership and clear communication translating technical architecture into business consequences, including building trust across engineering, product, operations, and external counterparties.
