Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary senior contact for a portfolio of key professional risks accounts.
  • •Shape client risk and insurance strategies, including leading renewals and insurer negotiations.
  • •Coordinate the wider Aon team to deliver integrated solutions across D&O, PI/E&O, cyber, crime, and management liability.
  • •Drive growth by identifying and converting new and expanded business opportunities within the Professional Risks portfolio.
  • •Oversee service delivery, resolve issues, and support complex claims.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated client management experience across a large, complex portfolio.
  • •Strong financial lines product knowledge, including D&O, PI/E&O, and cyber.
  • •Experience developing and executing client risk and insurance strategies.
  • •Experience leading renewal strategy, programme design and placement, including negotiations with local and international insurers.
  • •Be able to hold the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – General Insurance (or equivalent), or be prepared to obtain the qualification within required timeframes.
