Job Summary

Serve as an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive (Sr. level) for middle-market and complex clients, managing key relationships and guiding renewal strategy. Lead coverage analysis, claim review and risk management recommendations, negotiating terms and pricing with carriers and wholesalers. Support multiple producers, manage a $1.5M book of business, and deliver renewal presentations while staying current on industry and eldercare developments.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage primary client relationships and develop customer service plans.
•Focus on growth and retention of assigned book of business through consistent proactive client service.
•Advise on best coverage alternatives and review contracts/leases to gather insurance requirements for compliance.
•Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers and wholesalers; prepare and present renewals including loss analysis and exposure changes.
•Maintain ongoing carrier/wholesale communication, document activities in the Management Operating System, and mentor account associates/account managers.

Key Requirements

•Property and casualty insurance license upon hire is required.
•Ideally 10+ years of Property Casualty servicing experience.
•Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and ability to clearly communicate with clients and underwriters.
•Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to prioritize and self-manage workload.
•Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); EPIC experience preferred; BA/BS preferred and HS Diploma/equivalent required.
