Join the infrastructure team designing, building, and operating hyperscale data center facilities. You’ll drive process improvements, develop dashboards and metrics, perform data analyses with SQL/Python, and implement automation to reduce risk and increase efficiency across Memphis and Southaven sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop internal visual standards for internal work boards, JIRA queuing, PowerBI dashboards, and department workflow
•Support department continuous improvement projects such as new process rollouts/standardization
•Define and develop department-level metrics & associated dashboards that quantify the health of our operations and influence change
•Conduct in-depth analyses through SQL queries and other data analysis methods to dive into problems and identify trends for decision making, following the rules of clear visual indicators and linear flow
•Create reports, tools, and standardized metrics for operational measurements and improvements

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
•2+ years of experience in operations/process improvement (internship experience qualifies)
•Experience with Excel, SQL, or Python
•Previous experience in a data center, hyperscale infrastructure, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environment
•Familiarity with lean, six sigma, and other related production/operational excellence principles
