Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop internal visual standards for internal work boards, JIRA queuing, PowerBI dashboards, and department workflow
  • •Support department continuous improvement projects such as new process rollouts/standardization
  • •Define and develop department-level metrics & associated dashboards that quantify the health of our operations and influence change
  • •Conduct in-depth analyses through SQL queries and other data analysis methods to dive into problems and identify trends for decision making, following the rules of clear visual indicators and linear flow
  • •Create reports, tools, and standardized metrics for operational measurements and improvements

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
  • •2+ years of experience in operations/process improvement (internship experience qualifies)
  • •Experience with Excel, SQL, or Python
  • •Previous experience in a data center, hyperscale infrastructure, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environment
  • •Familiarity with lean, six sigma, and other related production/operational excellence principles
