Support the Branch Manager in running all facets of branch operations, including inventory management, team development, customer value, and financial performance. Create a teamwork-driven environment aligned with SiteOne DNA, onboard/train/coach associates, and reinforce customer-success and safety best practices. Track and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, partner with leadership and Field Support on emerging technologies, and help drive sales growth with current and potential customers.

•Emphasize safety daily, promote incident-free operations, and encourage strong workplace organization and policy execution.
•Monitor and review key performance metrics and support implementation of emerging technologies affecting business performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in retail nursery, irrigation and/or landscape industry.

•Ability to respond to and resolve more complex questions and issues using product and customer-base knowledge.
•High school or secondary diploma (or equivalent) required; higher education preferred.
